I liked Chen Shui-bian a lot.
Lee Teng-hui is probably second since he ended martial law.
Crazy Cat Lady wasn't bad except for her fucking retarded anti-nuclear stance. Also disappointed that she liberalized gay/trans shit.
Peanut gets a D grade since he stood off Communist China for 40 years, but he was generally fucking retarded. Literally every problem Taiwan has ever faced derives from him being a complete fucking shit-for-brains.
His son was worse but was generally fucking useless.
