What kind of post is this? Were you using a VPN or something? Culture is an abstract concept and an amalgamation of customs, values, traditions, aesthetic products, education, upbringing, even social engineering and propaganda etc., not something you're just born with.

Just because you're taller, doesn't mean you will become an NBA or pro-volleyball player. There may be some genetic predispositions but it's a matter of nature vs. nurture, and a lot of factors can come into play.

This is why you also see individuals of African descent like Richard Ayoade or Candace Owens who don't at all fit a "nigger" stereotype, quite the opposite, and this isn't even that rare but what's common is group pressure to fit into a particular stereotype since doing something different could be considered as betraying your own ethnic group (this happens a lot in the States with black identity politics).

Any quantifiable attribute, including behavioral attributes, can be plotted on a bell curve and median and mean averages determined for a given ethnic group.

Height would be advantageous in the NBA or volleyball, giving groups with greater average height determined by their genetics (and nutrition) the advantage in those sports.

I'm not denying environment often has a profound impact on many traits, only that genetics/race can't be ignored without an argument devolving into absurdities.

This is why multiculturalism / multiracialism is a meme, because at the end of the day genetically dissimilar peoples will always have different "gut feelings" about how things should be run, with the result that they will either always be in constant conflict with each other or they'll settle on the lowest common denominator of cultural compromise that satisfies no one. I've noticed Floridian and Mexican structures from the 1600-1800s have a distinctly Spanish appearance, while structures built in the Northeast during the same period have a distinctly English appearance. Same for structures built by German/Dutch settlers matching their counterparts in Europe.

Would outlier behavior be considered betrayal of the group in an ethnically homogeneous nation with similar ethnicities adjacent to it?
Without any frame of reference to form a concept of them acting too "White":
Would they be cast out for their behavior being considered "strange?"
Would others in their group aspire to mimic them?
Would their outlier behavior be advantageous if it expressed itself in an isolated African tribe?
