This video is absolutely ridiculous. The police that did a field sobriety test just determined the pilot of the Southwest Airlines flight failed it after he passed EVERY single test. Even the pilot's attorney disputed the evidence against him by the Georgia police. Everyone I've talked to involving DUI or DWI cases said it's nearly impossible to pass these "field sobriety tests." Without obtaining a urine, blood or hair sample from the individual it's nearly impossible to determine the impairment of an individual unless they submit to a breathalyzer test. Cops have no clue. This shit is bogus as fuck. I'm sorry but even one DUI doesn't inhibit an individual from obtaining a drivers license or a pilots license again. You must commit multiple DUI's and be convicted in a court of law to have your drivers license, pilots license or any transportation license for that matter "permanently" revoked. Even then you have to a commit a multiple amount of DUI's to be permanently revoked in any state in the US, like 5 or 6 DUI's to be exact. You anons who haven't had a run in with the law have no idea.
I've been through a DUI before and was found to have NO intoxicating compounds of any kind in my blood stream after submitting a blood and urine test in a hospital. I was charged with DUI after crashing my car but was then released from the hospital and the charges were dropped later on. Cops "Field sobriety tests" yield very little if no substantial solid results concerning intoxication. If someone is intoxicated file a warrant to get their blood or urine. If they oblige to a breathalyzer fine but doing Field sobriety tests is absolutely bogus imo.
