We live in a point in time, where a young person can’t create, shelter and feed a family on his honest work earnings. Housing is treated like an investment by rich people to exploit. The value of work diminishes every year and investment is all that matters. Looking at the bible, the investors don’t seem to violate a command of God. Why is this allowed? Is philanthropy just giving a loaf of bread to a poor person in your door? Why not let he poor earn a home and his food with dignity? And of course the prime wealth accumulators are those that say they are God’s people.

why did they move from keeping money in the bank and getting interest there to moving money to the stock market and getting some interest there? Who gained a extra tip if both rates are practically on average the same (~4.5% last time I checked)
