That's why when you get older you don't drink for drinking sake, you pair it with some activities like a concert, wedding, bbq, meeting with the guys, traveling etc. As long as you have 300 days where you don't drink you should be more than fine, getting most of the benefits of drinking while not getting the serious impacts.
