I was going through old photos from the last 15 years and realized how long 15 years is and how easy it would be to get sentenced such a relatively “meager” amount of time for not paying taxes or hooking up with some bitch named Josie while drunk

because the prison system makes more money if it gets more inmates and keeps them there for as long as possible.

Do I need a breathalyser to check Josie's inebriation? And a camera to record the percentage on a photo? And pen and paper to write a consent form? Get her to sign? And then I'm ok to enter her tackle box with my BSC? Also at what percentage can her consent no longer be relied upon?

Do I also need to photocopy her passport to make sure she's not 17 years and 364 days? And get her to sign and date that?

The poster must be a joke. You absolutely can legally consent while intoxicated. Being on drugs or booze does not relieve you from any legal rights or personal responsibility, unless you're blackout drunk or smth.

It's real

>Debbie Conner, the vice president for campus life and student engagement at Coastal Carolina University, confirmed to the Daily Dot that the poster originated from the university. Conner said it was published in 2008 by the Campus Assault Resource Education Support Coalition, made up of students, faculty, and staff at the university. “It went out of circulation in 2008,” she said.

A very valid question. I'm not sure if any jurisprudence exists. If not, someone will have to test it out before a judge and eventually bring it to the SCOTUS perchance.

Because women are strong and smart and just as capable as men, when it suits them.
But women are also weak and vulnerable and much less capable than men, when it suits them.

They go back and forth based on the situation. They're just as strong as men so you should respect them but never hit them or draft them for war because they're weaker than men. They're just as smart as men and deserve all the fancy high paying jobs that men have but if a woman and a man gets drunk together the man is always at fault for whatever the two of them do because obviously a woman isn't smart enough to be responsible for herself while drunk like a man is.
