I don't think it's so clear, actually. One can imagine so many post-war realities, each with vastly different causal effects. Does Germany get the bomb? Do relations with the US normalize? Does Germany retain economic and political control over Moscow? Does the great flight of Ashkenazic jews to Israel in the 1990s instead happen in the 1950s? And to where? And what happens to Japan? Does modern day Beijing look more like modern day Taipei?

I don't know about that. The Nazi cause and movement was vastly more popular among a much broader landscape of society than, say, the various communist movements of the 20th century. German leadership wasn't a corrupt, sycophantic morras like that of North Korea or Beijing. There wasn't a shortage of hardcore believers willing to risk it for the mission. And there was economic prosperity, not impoverishment. So, not a fertile breeding ground for self-serving bureaucratic sub-kingdoms and teat-suckers.
