They have been all stick, no carrot, and many old narratives are falling apart. The way they won people over in the first place was a sense of humor, kindness, marrying goys despite parents wishes, having important cultural similarities with Christians.
So if I were Israel I'd focus far more on a carrot and far less on a stick... cause you will have no one but very angry neighbors surrounding you and a very bad track record of getting low iq enforcers.
