The courts have something called "recusal" built in for this exact scenario. When the Judges have something unique, personal, and highly emotional connecting them to a case, they are required to recuse themselves from the case and not work on it. The Epstein/Maxwell client list represents a case which has the potential to lower the global opinion of Israel and Jewish people as a whole. It's a real life case, with real victims, and it even exposes secret cultural rituals which jews are required to keep secret as a part of their faith, which is described at length in the Talmud. Any judge who is jewish, married to a jew, or even a judge who has a faith that gives them strong opinions about jews, such as a muslim judge, should recuse themselves from working on any cases related to Epstein or Maxwell.

Epstein is connected to Israel, this is why Trump is covering it up. He doesn't want to risk the political fallout for Israel when people realize all of Epstein's clients were blackmailed and used as Israeli assets.
