sure. And that's why the central banks have put a whole lot of money into funding it as an asset class all of its own. Because they like making money and this is just another way for them to make money. You can play around with your offline wallet all you like, you need the central banks to turn it into something you can live on. They own it now. You can keep playing pretend that it'll be used as a peer to peer exchange of trade any day now, while simultaneously claiming that lightning solves the problems caused by decentralisation by... centralisation.
