Descent stage:
Combustion chamber with injector assembly and propellant control valves
Pressure fed propulsion system (helium).
Hypergolic propellants: fuel (aerozine -50) and oxidizer (N tetroxide)
Two fuel and two oxidizer tanks in the base of the LEM
46.7 kN thrust with throttles in 10:1 range

Ascent stage: two redundant systems operating simultaneously but either system capable of providing full control. Eight jets per system, total of 16.
Pressure fed propulsion system (helium)
Hypergolic propellants as above
1 fuel and 1 oxidizer tank.

Helium flow: two tanks at ambient pressure, explosive valves opening prior to initial engine start.
Flow through helium filters, to solenoid valves, then pressure regulators.
Check and relief valves, burst disk.
15.5 kN thrust (only powering the people capsule with some space rocks)
No throttles or gimbals

Primary Navigation and Guidance System generates commands like Engine On/Off and throttle commands.
Abort Guidance System if needed.
Option for backup manual control with throttling through thrust/translation controller assemblies

Pretty straightforward and easy to learn about if youโ€™re not a well-poisoning female who never built a rocket/rocket engines/rocket guidance system in the back yard.

Remote control + script because there's too much lag to adjust by hand from video feedback but easy to calculate the ascent trajectory beforehead.
For those circumstances they did relatively ok, but far from perfect job, they barely managed to keep the module in frame.

I grew up believing the moon landing was real. Then I actually saw footage of it and thought it was the fakest looking shit I've seen. Then I saw that really fake shit our government broadcasted years earlier of a camera in space or upper atmo or some shit at night and it was literally, verifiably the fakest shit. Lmao.

Actually, just half that. You're talking about the transmit=>return signal loop (ie, everyone saw the movement 2.5 seconds after he moved it).

There was a synchronized set of atomic clocks both on earth and in orbit around the moon. The operator knew the exact, synchronized second of ignition; he sent the command 1.25 secs before that (which was relayed down to the surface of the Moon and the camera mechanism from the CSM in orbit); the return module launched, the camera moved up (with a slight delay from perfect, lol); the CSM re-transmitted the signal from the camera back to Earth groundstations where the video was all being recorded. Simple s. :D

Better question who filmed it and how did they retrieve the camera they didn't have tech that high tech back then to have cameras rotate and remotely control them from a far distance away it's friction and anyone who says otherwise is a crazy wackadoodle.

golf carts still use lead acid batteries. It's a 100+ year old technology. If you would just gain technical knowledge about electric vehicles this wouldn't be so ludicrous to you. Also just look up "60s electric car". You will get tons of specs with ranges larger than 52 miles. Why do I have to google things for you?

Yeak ok.
Not a SINGLE photo of the Sun (obviously heavily filtered) during the entire Apollo program.
The only chance (pre-Hubble / etc) to observe the Sun, outside of Earth's atmosphere. (yes, there were satellites, but they too were never equipped or tasked for visible light photography of the Sun!!!)
The OSO satellites = NOPE
Pioneer = NOPE
Mariner = NOPE
etc
etc
>we didn't have the Tech
Yes, you DID.
It was never deployed (you can guess why)
It's 2025 and
We STILL need to rely upon George Lucas to show us what a Sunset looks like from another Body's perspective..

Yes
>See the LM
>It goes up
>By the time you see it t's already traveled 1.3 seconds at high speed
>You send the signal
>By the time the signal reaches it it already traveled 2.6 sec at high speed
The loop starts on the Moon, not on Earth my dude.
From the start of the engine to receiving the signal it's 2.6 sec
