So it was 90 percent Indians on a team of 300 working our own separate projects and 10 percent competent whites that did the work of 300 people and the CEO refused any and all complaints and had the nerve to do a tolerance meeting and blamed any drop in productivity on the whites slacking off I have no fucking clue what he was thinking but he’d have meeting with all the whites left and demand we “up our game” or we will be let go of and then he took on a big project making a all around do anything AI algorithm for a shopping site very difficult sometimes even the seniors would struggle with building and wanting it done in a month we would need 6 months with a team of 300 best case simply impossible

I understand Indians are basically mindless, gross, lazy, insects but why did the boomer CEO piss away his business for them? He couldn’t have been that stupid or oblivious. So why?

On a more realistic description, my big globohomo country insists on shipping off jobs to india. Nothing too pivotal yet, but small bits and pieces of the company are sent away while some poos are imported. I guess they're testing the waters to see how many of us they can replace.
Not one person has anything good to say about them. Our tech support is indian (of course) and they're absolutely useless, I've just learned to live with all the login issues or fix them myself. We've begun planning our increments around the fact that they'll take months to do tasks that should take weeks, and to deal with the inane questions we inevitably get.
The ones that get imported to do actual development people have higher expectations of. I've never seen any other group get as much yelling as they do. Gotta remind them to write unit tests every damn time, and when they do it's testing the most rudimentary shit

Bathrooms were perfectly clean all weekend, people were charging their phones out in the open without people stealing them, whole operation ran super smooth
