I had a fatty liver, which forced me to quit drinking whiskey. I 100% switched to beer and feel better. I also take milk thistle daily. Idk if it actually helps, but I’ll stick with it. Hard liquor is a killer man. Beer isn’t a magical healthy option, but it’s better. The average light beer in the US is 4.2% ABV, vs 40% ABV in a single shot of whiskey. Also, with beer, you’re constantly pissing the product out, not absorbing it like a single shot of hard liquor. I’d eliminate the hard liquor and ween off booze with beer.
