I was the 4th car in a line of 5 cars that got rear ended at highway speeds by an illegal in an 18 wheeler. I saw him coming, avoided the right shoulder in hopes he would bail out that way but he didnt. He slammed into a 50 year white lady behind me, I cut my wheel and made 4 full rotations before running into the highway median. The woman's car continued to slam into 3 more cars. She only broke her leg. Her car was a pancake. If i hadnt cut my wheel, she and I would have been dead. I am thankful to be chosen that day by the holy spirit to be led into the battle, however, the driver was not arrested. He handed the cops a fake insurance card. He said his brakes failed and the California Highway patrol allowed him to continue driving to his destination while 5 other AMERICANS and I were stranded, basically left for dead.
My lawyer told me, illegals make fake trucking companies and insurance. When my lawyer tried to sue, the company didnt exist. And neither did the driver.

My back is now permanently hunched and my neck has limited mobility. Im only 25 and my life is changed forever. Thank you for reading
