Is he right or has Massie gone totally woke?

sort of right I guess
owning stock in a given company creates a vested interest for the govenment to legislate in favor of said company
which may well lead to market distortion

I have no idea how to feel about this but I find Massie one of the few mostly trustworthy politicos, though he is a libertarian I believe which would make this view completely unsurprising.
That being said, does this make Intel a good buy?

INTC has been a shit investment for decades, but if Trump puts the semiconductor tariffs he has talked about, Intel should benefit. Be careful if you buy INTC above $20 per share because Intel is shit.
