Yes. The show always revolved around Hank learning to be open-minded and putting values over politics. Bobby's whole character revolved around dating an immigrant Asian girl, Dale was valorized for continuing to be a father to his son after realizing he was cuckolded, etc.

Back then none of the show's values were considered liberal or left-leaning but America has changed more than the show has.
