So, to put simply,
I have an idea, A bad Idea but an idea
So as we all probably know this act allows the UK to collect user information without much restriction. This threatens our freedom in cyberspace, of our expression and of 4chan. I have a hunch that the Child Safety Act may just me testing the water for something more. Though even if that is wrong, this UK law is an example to the US own version of the law. In other works people in the US will soon have to content with this blatant privacy violation.
So I call on 4chan and it's anonymous to do something. Like on the level of Project Chanology, send a message, make it clear that we wont let governments take away our freedoms in cyberspace.
If we were to somehow get this privacy information that the UK has collected and released a portion to show we have it. We can essentially blackmail the UK into repealing the law.
That is one idea, and of course it is theoretical. If you have a better idea, please share, since we should act quickly.
