If ANYONE on Team Derivatives tries to win, they cause cascading bank failure. The act of cashing out nullifies their own cashout. The debt literally CAN'T be settled. It can only exist on paper.
No matter what, team Banks will win. It is guaranteed. The question then is to whom those banks *feel* beholden, and maybe Rajeesh can call up on a cell from UAE a hundred times a day, but the US military can literally just walk up and take whatever the fuck they want. So Team Banks will also side with Team US Military.
The problem with predicting ANY economic crash, is that the current guaranteed outcome is a power swing to US banks and US military. A "global crash" would just be a massive resurgence of the Petrodollar.
