Souvlaki now costs 5 euro a piece in Greece
40 euro just to feed a family of 4. It used to cost 2 euro in 2015. And they have the audacity to tell you that inflation runs with 2%. Meanwhile it's smaller in size, and the taste is SHIT compared to years ago.

How long are we going to tolerate the situation?
Anonymous (ID: /3H19te5) United States No.513894724 [Report] >>513899980
Same thing here. They tell you inflation is muh 3% but grocery prices are up 90%+ and everything is smaller.

1st of all you are lying. It's not 5 euros, its between 4.20 and 4.50. and that's in Athens, and only retards live there so that's irrelevant. In my city it costs 3.80
2nd the taste and size is great, except, you guessed it, in Athens. Nothing new, you guys never knew how to make one.

The article about the 5 Euro souvlaki was clearly price signaling for all the owners to up the price so when it falls later this year after taxes get lowered then they win the difference

We call this a “Dirty Sanchez" here in NewMew (New Mexico for you outsiders). The best thing too is that you dont even have to wait you just walk in to the freezer aisle and its always cold and ready to go when you heat it up at home.

Souvlaki is a Greek dish made primarily of marinated meat, often pork, grilled on skewers and typically served in pita with tzatziki, while kebabs, originating from the Middle East, can include various meats and vegetables, often marinated with different spices and served on a plate. The key differences lie in their origins, ingredients, and serving styles

We are talking Greek , why you talk middle eastern ?
