>>513895601This is actually true and it's how criminals communicate. Slang, hand gestures, and whistling (The sharp whistle means, "does anybody want/have drugs"). But, it's a life of utter poverty hand to mouth, handling your business with all paths to upward mobility being full of risk. The more volume, the more likely it is to be noticed. The more people involved, the more likely people see it and the more likely somebody's going to snitch. Also, not everyone is going to see it your way. Just because you're committing crimes against a certain demographic, even if they were universally hated (they aren't) you're still committing crimes and therefore for the law's sake should be prosecuted. The lawful good aligned among dark communities will want to see you tried, the less lawful might want to handle it themselves.
I think it's a bad idea out the gate. However, organization for the purpose of mutual protection with coded language wouldn't be a bad idea, but, you would want to keep your nose clean if wish to have a shot at recruiting lawful good whites (which most are).
