Watch her blood pressure and fluid retension. Too much weight gain can cause or lead to preclampsia

After she has healed postpartum, I strongly recommend going on daily walks with her. Cut out sugars and simple carbs, walk daily. She'll lose a lot of weight in the first 3 months.

I overfed mine to make sure me son would grow properly.
Let me tell you, she was massive. Weight can be lost after pregnancy.
Anyway, my son was so huge at birth they needed 15 nurses (with the doc) to get my son out.
He is now two years old and the size of a 5 years old kid.
Don't stop your son from being a giant because you must coom.
