Latin Americans lack any ideology, philosophy, emperor, religion or civilization to die for, that is why the wars are easy and the development impossible.

I agree with what you said though. In the hypothetical scenario of an invasion, most Latin American countries would fall like dominoes because they would be as effective militarily as they currently are at reducing corruption and maintaining infrastructure up and running. Only exception is Brazil, they probably have a better chance at withstanding an invasion because of their population size and industrial capacity.
