Though from what I understand all of the cities/counties in maryland have been battling with the police unions about police reform.
When I was living there a lot of pad officers were moving to other counties if not moving out of state to dodge the reviews that were coming, and everyone on the right was saying "there won't be enough police left if you keep doing this!"
