Grooming/Exploitation Theory absolves women of liability. 18 magical age theory sets an incorrect adulthood age & classifies under-18 adults as invalids which allows for under-18 degenerates to be absolved of liability & sets the stage for over-18s to be degenerates as the new normal sets in.
