I’d say the opposite. I’ve fasted for multiple days and it wasn’t hard at all for me. Eating a lot is a huge inconvenience. Portion sizes at restaurants aren’t big enough for me and I’m picky about what I eat so I mostly cook for myself, and I’m constantly having to make these huge feasts. It can be very time consuming and it’s just an expense I could do without, but I don’t want to lose a bunch of weight.

It does impact your bench but even then one plate should be easy warm-up tier for most men.

Im going to have to back up the brownoid here. I got a home gym at and it took me a couple of weeks to get to 70kg for 3 sets of 10 reps. It was more muscle control than muscle building tho. When I tried to do it initially It felt unsafe and very hard.
