Not even ONE of the nurses were able to speak Swedish

Swedish ambulance appeared at old peoples home. They wanted to take in an elder man who seems to suffer from sepsis. But they werent able to get any info which might had been important, out of the nurses of the home. NONE of them spoke Swedish.

They were also unable to speak English but they could say "I don't know" and a few short simple words.

The ambulance crew was a bunch of Swedish 30-ish blonde males who spoke only Swedish and no other language and also had a thick southern accent in Swedish.

They took the suffering elder man to the ambulance and drove away 50 kilometers into nearest hospital where an Indian doctor, who was however fluent in Swedish, confirmed a sepsis.

I'm afraid the story stops there and we dont know what eventually happened to the man, did he survive or not.

Boomers are not yet the largest age demographic in old peoples homes. A few of the very oldest are just starting to get in.

I used to intern helping out a janitor at an old peoples home back in the early 2010s. They had pretty rugged conditions but not that terrible yet back then already. I can only imagine what its like now.
