The problem is democrat voters REALLY want the dems to open up an investigation into the Epstein files in congress, but guess what? Democrats don't want to do that. But they also cannot simply say "no" or else they appear very guilty. So the plan that was created was "have Trump fake a health condition, and then step down."

This will satiate dems in their desires to end the Trump administration and they will be so happy hes leaving that they will forget all about the name "Jeffrey Epstein." Once he is down there will no longer be any need for congress to pursue the investigation.
