It looks like psoriasis. It's often due to stress and goes away with some lotion. My teacher had a big one on his arm in a period when he looked really stressed. I think the Epstein Files are literally shortening Trump's life on a daily basis. He might die before we learn the truth.

Heres my take as a chronic illness guy. He got a blood draw, whether it was to test for an acute illness or a routine checkup is the question. As far as the bruising goes, the phlebotomist probably has a hard time getting veins on the goy because he drinks diet pepsi instead of water and dehydration will make your veins harder to find. Blood draw through the hand is usually a good route as you can see the veins easier and its probably less drawn from (which matters when youre 70+). Anybody who has gotten a blood draw enough to chance a bruise knows thats exactly what it looks like, and the fact that hes old further galvanizes my argument.
