Basically 99% of the people in my town. I feel like a complete alien among them. I'm no angel but being a "hun" who doesn't drink, gamble, do coke or obsess over wogball makes you an outcast in N.I. I always used to go to events in Belfast at unversities just to have pleasant conversations with the upper class huns and middle class catholics. In these type of situations you have to just leave. Get out of that environment and go to where you're treated best. I had to leave my hometown for the same reason. People around me couldn't even understand it, why would you want to leave? Such things don't occur to them. And it's pointless to try to argue with them, you have your own life to live and you should put your own oxygen mask on first. Get yourself on the right track and when you're out of that environment, doing well for yourself you can consider helping other people when you're ready. I beat myself up over it for years but, it's not selfish it's just common sense.
