did she name specific people? Or did she just use a racial slur like spics or niggers? The latter technically is not an arrestable offense. Also did she say "should be burnt alive" or did she say "Lets go down there and burn them alive". The former is not an arrestable offense. The prosecution has to prove some kind of intent. And if she is just making threats at "those people" there is clearly no intent.

And also they very rarely arrest people for this even if they can prove intent. I call bullshit. I think that woman is some kind of jew working to scare people into not saying shit online. People don't get years for threats either. The maximum you can get is a year for a misdemeanor if the judge really wants to set an example.

She is the wife of a conservative member of parliament, last year during the riots she decided to take it direct anger of the rioters towards hotels that were hosting migrants and said that they should be burned down with the migrants inside, what followed was rioters surrounding said hotels and some of them starting fires on the outside of the hotels with the migrants still inside. Thankfully the fires were put out before anyone died but the damage was already done. After she got the arrested and punished lightly for her crime, originally 2 year sentence but she get released in under just 1 year, so despite her light sentence she is now using media attention to portray herself as victim and cause a political scandal with our current head of state. Now Nigel farage is supporting her and she is planning to meet with members of the Trump administration to make the UK look anti free speech even though what she did would be a crime in a america too
