you should be able to sniff out fake job ads
people fall for memes and follow a playbook and do what others did
they enter the rat race because they think its the smart thing to do
then get lost in a labyrinth
because they fell for the meme
they are followers
they ought to realize life is about forging your own path, on your own terms
be a leader, not a follower

Yes, all jobs for an H1B position should be advertised on a national .gov website and all job applications made through the DoL. If the job isn't as advertised or the reject qualified applicants? Deny and end all work visa with the company.

There are several. First, it makes the company appear to be growing and hiring, therefore boosting the public perception of the stock's value. Second, it allows the companies to then claim they could not find any Americans to fill the job so they can get H1B indentured visa slave. It also give your retarded side piece you hired in HR something to do to feel like she is contributing.

Many people are retarded and they get old and some of them are parents. When I was in my 20s struggling to find work I was also subjected to this nagging bullshit , my parents claimed I'm not really looking hard enough. I was sending my CVs to job offerings on the biggest sites, what the fuck was I supposed to do? This is something they've never had to do, they last changed jobs like 20 years ago...

I stopped applying on linkedin altogether, the rejection emails come in 5 minutes apart 5 days later meaning as soon as yoy click apply your data gets gathered and you get auto rejected by an ATS system
I've kinda grown numb to the rejections and am applying for government gibs as we speak. I was in the top 10% of my Masters degree and can't get shit as a job. I drive a taxi as a sidegig but nothing solid as we speak.

I had an interview at kpmg and they hired a fat foreign nigger instead of me although speaking dutch was a requirement.

Because it's through money laundering, the paper trail that's generated by the Indian H1B shows him sending cash back as a remittance to India, nothing unusual about it it's for 'family'. Rhe agent then makes sure the return to the manager stateside is nominally recorded as profit from a legitimate enterprise.

Issue gets even messier when you factor in cryptocurrency. You can demonstrate which account the cash goes into, but not who controls the account.
