California would let him walk but I don't think he'll be so lucky in Florida.
What he did wasn't premeditated murder, but it is textbook negligent homicide. Add in the enhancements for immigration and CDL fraud, and he's going away for a long time.
Only shame is the US taxpayer will have to pay for his food and housing before he gets deported.
Maybe he'll get killed in prison?
