balkans, baltics and russia are indeed full of abusive noncaring alcoholic and drug addicted men, and similarly incredibly stupid, but very hot and thus slutty women.
paired with poverty, generational trauma from communism and a general societal feel of 'who cares fuck it all' you get some kind of mental illness in 90% of all people.
t. had latvian ex with BPD
