The people I met irl who openly used ledd1t were so close to the basedjack memes people make. Funk o pops, Nintendo switch, “my partner”.. all that.
I will say though that 4chan has gotten severely dull as well. There aren’t even forced memes anymore. A few other boards are okay, but /pol/ is just not a very creative board at all. Nothing lasts. On April fools day where everyone was forced into /b/ it felt really special, but now it just feels even more shallow on /pol/.
I wish it was better again, but sadly it’s just a bunch of resentment and baiting here. It’s the flip side of the same coin, but the other site is indeed much more FAGGOTY
