China's current situation looks like Japan's in 1995
- The real estate bubble burst.
- New graduates cannot find a job.
- Deflation began.

The worst term of Japanese economy and politics was 2000-2005.
So China would fall into a political crisis in 2030-2035.

China is so much worse off than Japan was, for many many reasons.

It's nice how you simp for them while they exploit Russia's desperation remorselessly. Outer Manchuria will be sold back to China this decade.

Simply acknowledging how China is becoming a bigger and bigger threat is not simping. Its acknowledging that the US needs to step up its fucking game before we lose our global authority.

Spamming "China bad and will collapse any day now" won't make it go away.

It's overly dramatic anyway. "China" as in the CCP could collapse out of the existing ruling structure without "the Chinese" losing their infrastructure and human capital.

Why would CCP collapse? Seriously, what evidence suggests this is likely to happen anytime soon?

japan
>resource-poor island with a population much smaller than the US.
>occupied by US military and is dependent on America for its protection, America used its tremendous influence to persuade japan to commit economic suicide via Plaza Accord which made the Yen appreciate drastically
>relies on stock market as a significant and central driver of economic activity. this meant that during the lost decade, Yen appreciated drastically and it led to an to an asset bubble that tanked their stock market and real state market, both of which japan was not prepared for.
>Japan’s deflation commenced when it was the most expensive economy in the world - $100 cantaloupes in Tokyo in 1990. Japan deflation was caused by demand shock.
>Japan grew old when AI/highly sophisticated automation wasn't a thing.

china
>4x the population of the us, of similar geographical size as the US
>has cheap energy from coal (and now green energy), the world's largest agriculture producer, has nukes.
>rich in critical resources like rare earth metals with a monopoly on rare earth metal refinement
>does not rely on stock market, gets capital primarily from state bank loans and government funding
>real estate bubble intentionally popped by the government so it could manage it better. basically a controlled demolition to pop the prices to more affordable levels and limit runaway speculation.
>china's deflation comes from being the cheapest economy in the world due to advancement in productivetiy and scale of supply chain. china's deflation is caused by supply shock. exact opposition situation from capan. See picrel
>The most brvtal trvthnvke is that everything aligned perfectly for China. Its demographic dividend (large young population) swept up the manufacturing on the planet in the 90s-2000s. Their hyper-industrialization now will facilitate their fourth industrial revolution of automation and artifical intelligence as their blue collar force is retiring over the next decades.

They will just eat each other. There's plenty of them around for them to last another 1000 years. Can you say the same about the west?
Anonymous (ID: PBpTfAbw) No.514971279 [Report]
People predicting China's collapse since the 90s. Not realizing their placing western economic standards to a different system.
Anonymous (ID: 6uFTHVIq) France No.514971378 [Report]
funny how westoid kept saying china is collapsing since the 90s and the opposite is happening with the west collapsing and nigs taking over west countries and china rising stronger than ever

Impossible to say since they don't allow things like public polling. Just saying that eliminating a government isn't inherently disastrous for the population. Westerners have the problem of conflating governments with people, like with Levant jews and the government of Israel.
