a few tips:
Avoid social media as much as possible
Use pseudonyms for your cellphone accounts
Tape over your cellphone mic and camera when not using it
Turn off cellphone completely whenever possible
Turn off all google services or equivalent and all location services
Change your IP frequently
Change up your habits and your routine every now and then
Avoid showing your face in highly surveilled urban areas
Or dress like those agent provocateur at protests: hat, sunglasses, beard/bandana/mask, anything to hide your face and your shape from cameras
Use cash for transactions whenever possible, easier if you buy mostly from the used stuff market and from farmer's markets

That's pretty much the best way to stay as under the radar as you can in the modern surveillance age.

Act suspicious on purpose of every crime so they can't use surveillance tech to differentiate criminals from the law-abiding. And if you're a criminal, always setup a fall guy. Also make sure that if you're jailed/ on trial to make it the most expensive possible to the tax payer.
