If someone commits a crime, they should be punished by the law. Being white or black should not change this.

If any of this actually happened, then the courts should handle it. If it was racially motivated, it should be charged as a hate crime.

In a civilized society, the courts administrate justice and deter criminals from committing crimes. Yet I have difficulty believing this actually happened.
