This is what I would describe as a globalist technocrat. He thinks that if we ban guns then the crime problems in the American cities can be overcome and America can become a world power again. But that's hopelessly optimistic. They tried that in UK and are having to ban kitchen knives. Even if you somehow prevent the entire male population from having access to anything even remotely dangerous it will never be able to compete with a place like China internationally because it will be a hostile, tribal, demoralized stone age society, where our own white ethnic group is forbidden.
