I actually have something like this out on some land (40 foot version). It's more like a "hunting cabin". It's not comfortable to stay in at all. The insulation is nonexistent, the walls are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING happening outside, there's no space and very little storage. It's fine for one or maybe two nights, but if I had to spend any lengthy amount of time in one I would probably lose my shit. Tiny homes might be somewhat viable depending on how they are built, but a shipping container cabin this most definitely not.
