Reagan implemented it. People lost purchasing power. So manufacturing moved to China to make things cheaper. Bush and Clinton and Bush Jr continued it. Still didn’t work. Lead to 2008. Obama continued it. Didn’t work. People got poorer and put their trust in Trump. Biden does it. People got real poorer. Trump still doing it.

That is a meme chart. Productivity isn't fungible and can't be measured as a homogenous good.

We're more productive regarding eletronics (which are cheaper now) but less productive with housing, medical care, and education. The "Trickle" will start when we stop blocking construction of units, and get government red tape off these industries.
