Most people never learn how to sit or be with themselves and learn how to feel stuff but be separate from it. They don’t have a coming of age ceremony or a community that goes with it so when they reach the age of adulthood they becoming aimless and depressed. Normally religion fulfills both of those things which is why so many young people and adults are depressed since “atheism” became the norm. But a lot of zoomers are realizing the importance of religion in their lives and becoming religious again.

I've been depressed since I was 11. My twin brother was the same and kyssed at 27. We had very normal lives and pretty healthy except modern diets but with depression habits became worse. I think it's mostly just bad genes causing messed up brains.
