You might be able to argue 1 is met, although it doesn't appear the people doing the campaign are funded by NGOs or political parties like they were in the first leftist cases. You might be able to argue 3 is met here but many of the cancel culture victims weren't losing employment but rather advertising or other partnerships where the person cancelled in no way represented or was held out to represent the entity they were cancelled from. But there is no argument that 2 is met. These are on topic, current messages posted to public platforms and merely relayed to their employers, which is also public information, asking if they support the message. It's a valid question. I'll add there is a 3b element that involves removing historical land marks instead of cancelling current funding but that's not happening here.
