You think Siemens or Lockheed Martin want to sell crazy nutters nukes when they have to live on the same planet? There's no profit in selling nukes to the general public, no profit in selling to unstable countries, and no profit in selling to the few trustworthy stable countries that already build their own. Nukes are heavily subsidized by the governments that own them. No government will subsidize the private sales of nukes. That's why Lockheed Martin doesn't own any nukes for itself. There is only risks with no profit in it. No for profit company will make an affordable nuke and sell it to someone who's willing to use it. The financial liabilities alone would make it impossible.

What they fail to realize, is that its not the right winger who are now suddenly adopting cancel culture. It is the same people who were canceling the right previously in the name of leftist causes, now turning on the left as they sense the direction of the vibe shift.

If it were indeed the right wing that is suddenly using cancel tactics, then the leftists, who established cancel superiority early on, could simply counter-cancel the right's cancellation. Centrism doesn't define itself as a solid ideology. Instead it's completely dependant in it's ideas on the state of the political landscape.

You can't be reasonable and measured when the other side is fanatical and explosive. Every win you give them will just empower them to take more.
