Different parts of Latin America were settled by different groups but the Iberian component of Mexico is primarily Andalusian. You had a lot of Sephardic rats and Moriscos creeping into the mix, thus the misconception that Mexicans are mostly Sephardic. Depends on how strict your definition of "Nordic" is. The English despite the Anglo-Saxon moniker are heavily admixed with Brythonic Celts, the Lowland Scots and the Scotts-Irish only have a limited amount of Germanic DNA and the Welsh and Highland Scots are purely Celtic. If you include Celts in a broadly Northern European definition of Nordic then yes, if you mean purely of Germanic stock then no.
