It is. The tone is somber, but it's delicate because his side, his base, is violently anti-immigration and H1Bs stand to threaten their employment. He needs to delicately tell them he's not just kneeling to make manufacturing work, he's bringing in H1Bs because we don't have the educated workforce to do these new things.

He really stepped into it with that Hyundai thing
He gave up thousands of American jobs because he wanted a quick headline deporting people at an auto plant. People who had no intention of ever staying here and we're literally setting up American jobs

>we welcome them, we welcome their employees
no you don't. you shackle them, detain them, insult them, force them to sign "voluntary" deportation paperwork, and then you deport them.

trump's belief that he can speak realities into existence is the thing i find most abrasive about him. it's a rich person thing i think. for most of their life they speak and then things happen. but trump doesn't have the cards lol

Everyone should be against mass migration and outsourcing because that way there’s no loss of knowledge in the first place.

I'm guessing he is putting pressure on them to justify the huge budget increase, he wants public deportations and big numbers for headlines.
Still very telling of the dysfunction of this administration either way

It's too late. China had better resource access and infrastructure for production not just becasue they didn't have regulations against pollution until after Obama, they had slave labor in mines sor the raw materials. They have most of what they need to make it quickly and cheaply. Also the logistics to ship things to California across the ocean is cheaper and better possible than moving things westward to them. For American manufacturing to restart, it would require us to accept that everything is about to get even more expensive.

Those were never going to be american jobs. They were building a koreatown nearby for foreign koreans. Trump should make it easier for trainers and technical people from other first world countries to get temporary work visas, but at the same time the terms should be strictly enforced. The koreans, as it stands, almost certainly violated B-1 and Visa waiver terms because they couldn't get the correct visas because koreans have done it before just a few years ago, but at the same time I do agree it should be easier for the right people to get the correct temporary work visas. There's room to get what we want while still enforcing immigration laws when they're violated.

Getting raw materials isn't the problem. The reason why China captured commodities is because of the lack of regulations let them capture commodities from end to end, i.e. vertical integration. But underneath that, the real reason is that China is governed by the Chinese, who have an average IQ of around 100. I fully believe 105 is cherrypicked data from their best urban populations, but it's still almost certainly around 100IQ.
The reality is most companies would be willing to build in the US, but state and local regulations make it impossible. Being forced to wait for half a decade with no end in sight is the same thing as being told "you can't build here." You could literally make the process easier while still keeping environmental regulations by simply firing all the lazy niggers and activists in state and local environmental protection agencies. There's no reason for surveys to takes YEARS, which is often the case. Most of the time, the surveying and analysis itself only takes a few weeks. The actual guys that go out and do the surveys aren't moving in and living there, they show up for a few days and do the paperwork, collect samples, etc. and move on quickly. Even fucking europeans do it faster just because their institutions haven't been fully captured by the 60IQ brownoid subhuman.

As long as our institutions are terrorized by stupid, lazy, fat niggers we'll never be able to accomplish anything. And obviously activists have to go too. Basically, we need to remove every single woman, brownoid, and tranny from government.

the problem is that, because there is never any accountability for the people who made so many poor decisions, Trump has to defend all of their mistakes. I question the value in this

colleges were full tilt towards producing engineers, there's a lot of evidence that there was a coherent plan to do things right.
problem is institutions, that is academia, government and corporate, favored foreigners.
and at the same time there was a 20 years war and a cultural media campaign (also driven by the institutions) to destroy white men culturally, intellectually, spiritually, and economically.
the damage they did was staggering. white men aren't interested in anything but firearms and waiting for the lights to go out so the institutions and the masterminds behind these campaigns can be murdered without legal/martial retribution.
leaving them alive isn't an option, they didn't "make a mistake", they knew exactly what they were doing.

The fatal mistake ICE made was not realizing that Trump is only using this as an issue to deport antisemites. They thought it was actually about illegals.

But "jokes" aside, it was retarded to raid temporary specialists who're here to establish a new plant. Not sure why there isnt a temp visa issued for these koreans to remove the "yeab they're illegal but not THOSE illegals" problem.

We can't build much of anything of value in this country any more. Thanks boomers for selling out the nation. We invented half of this crap and now we need to import workers to remind us how to do things. Fucking disgrace.

ICE does stupid things like that all the time.
They really think they need to enforce immigration laws as strict as possible.

For example they detained a Dutch guy convicted for tax fraud because he overstayed his visa....because he was in jail for the last couple of years.
He went straight from jail to the airport but wasn't allowed to leave.

They are clearly following rules by the letter without thinking.

Americans are clearly doing something right if those workers are willing to go there.

What do you mean you can't build anything of value? What about everyone that american companies outsource to, and everything that is imported, they clearly want US dollars to buy american products. Otherwise no one would take US dollars as payment.

couldn't they just make more jobs so there's enough for americans too?

mandate that for every foreigner working there, an american has to supervise him. and then they mathematically couldn't steal any jobs because they would make one for each.

Exactly. And they've been doing so with treasonous intent. There's records of all of this. On meeting minutes, recorded via NSA spying. Their guilt is provable, and they will face justice.

Jobs are a means not the ends in themselves. Work for it's own sake defeats the purpose. For a job to be valuable to society, you must produce more value than your cost.

The solution to unemployment is to lower wages, that way you are reducing your input cost while keeping your outpost cost the same, making you more attractive to employers.
