I was about to say it's because you're poor, brown, and unattractive until you brought up rent. But the problems you described are the cause of anglos and their jewish masters.
True canadians live where grandma raised us(small towns north of montreal) where everyone is white and inclined to our culture, heritage and language.
Now the rent issue is because students from out of country come here and accept any ridiculous offer because they don't fucking know better, want to be right next to campus which is in the heart of downtown. Whenever I drive by there, I shout NIGGERS at the tip of my lungs just to see all the american white girls get offended. These students leave and take the education with them, then the landlord has the opportunity to raise the rent price by at least 10%-20% for the next tenant that moves in. If student A pays 700, the next tenant pays 770, and so on. These anglo students refuse to learn french, and they can't even live here to begin with. They also import along with them george floyd culture, jews, and feminism, all of which are incompatible in white Quebecois society

The worst part is that Quebec has an entente with the republique francaise, so French(france) get to study here FOR FREE, meanwhile the quebecers who live here and contribute here do not get the same opportunity. English universities also act as gateway for anglos to come here, and they upcharge international students over 60k-80k CAD per semester, so it incentivises anglo iuniversities to keep importing shitskins, keep the passing grade bar low, and mill out diplomas while polluting our culture with miscreant shitskins. We have a lot of fake colleges in montreal too like Lasalle College(sounds like a university but it isn't, and the degree from there is not recognized anywhere hence worthless btw) which lets anybody in as long as they have money

I think a small minority of wealthy whites and whites with wanderlust left Canada for Mexico, US or Europe during the Covid fiasco.

The other thing is most whites never left. We just have always had a low population. We went from 32,000,000 10 years ago to 38,000,000 in no time at all. We just got dumped on y the third world, particularly India out of the complete fucking blue. So we are surrounded and loud by them which gives off the impression the whites have left.

We have a bunch of jews and shitskins misbehaving, causing commotions on our streets, and jews picking fights, when honestly it has nothing to do with us. The general concensus is that they should go back to israel or whatever the fuck and keep their problems over there.

Because if this, we cannot work with anglos because everything they bring, their culture, is polluted with jewish/anglo ideology that undermines our language and what's already going good here. Anglos are the plague, they are not the majority here and they do not speak for us, in fact this country(quebec) has its own political party because no one else has our back and we need to watch for our own and no one understands this but us.
