I think it is condition sine qua non of persuading Poles to serve in the army. Nobody will go to war in situation of having millions of feral hohols that could become a danger for Polish children and women the way they were during Volhynia massacre. First regime must deport every single one Ukro back to Ukraine, and then they can bring back conscription. Otherwise nobody would obey their orders. xD
