Sociopolitical analysis of global leadership appears to indicate that the end goal of the vast and planet spanning human engineering taking place is a planned and gradual reduction of the human population concurrent with de-industrialization and a move towards self sufficient robotic production facilities that will act as a stepping stone to a limited transhumanism offered to a select few who will transition to a permanent synthetic existence at the end of their lives which will already be prolonged through bio engineering. These humanoid frames will then be utilized to travel through the stars spreading this dead and inhuman form of "life" throughout the galaxy.
Through a thorough vetting of think tank papers, military planning, and industrial allocation trends a picture of the near end of homo sapiens begins to emerge. The last baseline humans will be subjected to death through starvation after a generation of population centralization that sees all humans removed from completely mechanized farms. At this point any humans that seek to flee their enclosures or engage in agriculture will be gunned down by autonomous drones.
This is the fate planned not only for all races but the mixed races that result from the implementation of the program.
