I have been assured that they are so talented nobody in the world can replace them. $100,000 will be a small and acceptable fee for these tech companies given this truth. I expect them to continue increasing H1B roles assuming they haven't been lying this whole time.

We've outsourced our IT department to India and it now takes like 4 weeks to fix a bluetooth connection issue, 5 weeks to buy a copy of Excel, etc....
