First of all, no link. Fuck you, OP.

Now that that is out of the way, I read the article and he was released in KY, and sent to a half-way facility in FL. He was then arrested one week later for not showing up for parole officer and failure to register as a felon in FL. It could have just been interstate bureaucracy delays on his paperwork, or he fled, or anything in between.No details were given, so we just don't know. At least it wasn't for murder of another 6-yr old.
